"I understand your frustration. Month after month, set after set, you slam into your chest workout with everything you have. The steam of your sweat fogs the weight room, and your sucking lungs explode with every rep, sending the acrid chalk-dense air swirling like a desert storm — but nothing.

The harder you train, it seems, the slower your progress. You obey all the rules — good form, hard and heavy, proper pyramiding, and a regimen so precise that the Greenwich prime meridian bends to your schedule — but your chest remains the same. Sure, it’s thick, swollen and proportioned, but you want it bigger. You want to watch it grow, see it move, bulging and distorting like a Lava Lite in front of a funhouse mirror."

This looks like very cheesy softcore gay porn.  Chick, did you ghostwrite that???

There's a very, very, very small possibility that Ronnie uses a "ghost writer". LOL Nothing but a peanut!

Ronnie NEVER EVER writes his own stuff...someone should really challenge FLEX magazine to come clean and admit this is all ghost written nonsense.

If ANYONE of us were to really sit Ronnie down and tell him how you train hard, eat right get plenty of rest, supplement properly etc...and tell him you are frustrated and need some advice to make it grow again this is what he'd really REALLy say...

"...well u kno...u gotta u know...keep weight liftin and uh...you know make sure you eat alot and uh...make sure you keep gittin stronger and uh...make sure you use dumbbells and bench press and you know...uh...make sure you keep gittin to the gym you know..."

Without ANY exaggeration or fun poked at Ronnie...thats probably what he'd really say to you.

He'd just ask you to repeat yourself with a...'huh?' then lean in closer to you so he can hear you better then you'd ask him again and he's scrunch his face up with a real confused look on his face and his people would find a way to shoo you along...

years ago i emailed jay cutler about some discrepincies about "his" training articles.

while he said  he may not write them, he is interviewed about that particular feature so its not as if the writers just completely make shit up.

That's pretty good, but you need to pick a word to get fixated on and repeat unnecessarily.  For instance, in his "On the Road with..." video, at the beginning he must have said that he needed to make some "adjustments" to his routine about 20 times.

A magazine who is filled with columns that aren't even penned by the name in the column...

That's a magazine without any credibility whatsoever.

FLEX isn't tweaking the truth.

They're flat out lying. They're selling their product under false premises.

Nowhere in FLEX is there a hint that Julian Schmidt or whoever is writing the Ronnie columns.

Biggest Bullshit Artists in Bodybuilding? Quite possibly.

And it's so easy to quit with all that shit. Start showing some integrity.

Fcuking wankers.

I'm certain he stole this line from a penis-pump ad.

The rest of the article, i'm pretty sure he wrote it himself. Whilst drinking a sherry and smoking his pipe in front of the fireplace.
