Come on, if Ruhl was going to use synthol he would have used it in his lagging triceps.

Even though he is a veritable fridge, he doesn't have a particularly bad shape when he's on.

Good to see he's looking on target, should silence those who were talking about the offseason photos of him months back.

Why is Heath better???
Ruhl won the Night of Champions and at the Arnold Classic got third, he stood onstage with the biggest and best of the world and beat most of them.
Ruhl is in contest shape almost fifty pounds heavier, Heath will look like a midget when compared to him.

When Ruhl is in very good condition (I believe 2003 NOC?)...he is hard to beat.
He has a very large structure and good muscle genetics which enables him to put on a lot of muscle. But with that much mass, he's got to make sure he is in good condition to be as shapely as his structure allows.

dude ruhl is one of those bodybuilders who look better when they are bigger..some of these types of pros are ronnie,paul dillet,orville burke,jay cutler,victor martinez and ofcourse markus ruhl...dude ruhl truly knows how to look good at a higher bodyweight..remeber 2002 NOC and 2000 toronto pro..bigger is best for ruhl

Not really bloated, seems to have adjusted to judging criterias, as the abs are genuinely flat, not protruding as they were in the past.

Could very well be his best ever showing, seems to have downsized the pecs, and still he's bigger than ever? He could be his best ever IMO.
