I was at that show (98 NOC) and he looked great with small waist and everything... Pity he didn't take his time to improve gradually and just went the growth/insluin route...

I think Ruhl is a victim of a judging double standard.  Ronnie wins because he is the biggest and usually in the best shape (or very close to it).  Ruhl doesn't get the same treatment.  I have seen him in shows where his conditioning looked 2nd to none and he obvious smokes basically everyone in size yet he places relatively poorly.  I have no idea why.

Notice how in the second picture he had his bellybutton sawed off!!  Rumor has it that it was auctioned off on      to Gay BM to be used as a butt plug :o

it pops out sometimes when he does heavy movements. That's why he wears a belt on his max set of leg press and checks to see if it's still in.

I hope he comes in huge at this years O (If he qualifies )  instead of trying to make his waist smaller and all of that shit, like last year.
