I dont like to give out too many secrets of my training, but on the otherhand it is nice to help people

the human body is a machine, we have all the growth hormones and testosterone we need in our body the hard part is pushing your self and pushing yourself even harder to release it in our blood stream. this is where the mind game comes in ive spent 30 min straight bench pressing about 95 pounds and rest only 5-15 seconds between sets. that 95 pounds can get heavy real fast after a few minutes of pressing. now what would even cause more growth is if i continued after 30 min up to an hour or more or more. you can truly get crazy and get crazy natural muscle, its just up to you to do it, thats the beauty of it no one can hold you back

ive done something kinda similar tho not as extreme. maybve dipping for up to 2 hours. nothing else. pyramiding up to almost 200lbs then back down in decreasing weight and increasing reps. till i am at b/w for 20-30. tho i may only have done 30sets

even if its just fior a huge pump. great fun

After my usual Chest workout I did this,  I did 95 pounds for 3 sets of 30.  My chest was so pumped it looked awesome in the mirror.  Cheesy

i have done 200 full range dips restpaused in 10 min

I will do this my next chest workout....Problem is I get well over 30 reps in my first set. Possibly 40-50.  I may have to use weight or do 500.

hmm, yes i can relate...today when i benched i went from 275, to 225, to 185, then to 135. Nice pump..(my last set)
