ive done something kinda similar tho not as extreme. maybve dipping for up to 2 hours. nothing else. pyramiding up to almost 200lbs then back down in decreasing weight and increasing reps. till i am at b/w for 20-30. tho i may only have done 30sets
even if its just fior a huge pump. great fun
i have done 200 full range dips restpaused in 10 min
