It's got James Brolin, and Jack from LOST.
Here's the official poster.

Rambo has a wife in this, his daughter gets kidnapped, and he has to rescue her, kinda like commando meets the fugitive.

Yes Rambo 4 will be a little of the original, Pumping Iron and Brokeback Mountain. Should be interesting. Apparently John Rambo had issues coming back from Nam. The people back home couldn't accept that a war hero was gay and he goes on a rampage. It had nothing to do with drawing First Blood. It brought back flashbacks of his time spent in a completely heterosexual prison and the many months of not having able to train. It follows his tribulations at the gym and his weekend hiking trips with a group of IFBB pros. SHould be intersting

i bet the roid issue will be totally neglected throughout the movie though.
