you've got to feel sorry for him, there is nothing he can beat ronnie on except calves and he killed his waist trying to hang with him size wise.

I really think once RC retires, there will be a completely new Mr. O (i.e. Not Jay)...like Dexter or Heath from the current batch.

Yes. A new Mr. Olympia will be crowned but do not underestimate anyone to become Mr. Olympia. Remember.... Ronnie Coleman made a leap from 9th place in '97 all the way up to 1st in '98. The Sandow will be up for grabs to anyone - including Jay.

The funny thing is that when that video was made, Jay said that he had Ronnie in every pose except the back double bi, which he admitted that no one can hang with him on.


Jay seems like a real pro, and super hard worker.


He can't touch ronnie from the back tho, and ronnie has him on the side chest and front double bi as well.

HEATH?!?!?  please...  listen, the kid is good, really good, but he is NOT mr olympia quality.   YET!  and nowhere near.  give him (at least) three years and he will be unsoppable, but not untill then.  he needs serious back and chest improvement.  that said, he looks far better than i or damn near any PRO will ever look. he is the best rookie to come along in a long time.  with he and branch and vic are getting back to where bbing was in the 90s when it was levrone and flex against monsters like dorian and nasser.

heath has a asthetic physique, as do dex and victor and they do battle against mass monsters like gunter,  jay ronnie, and markus.  back in the late 90s and a little later it was flex, shawn, kevin vs nasser, dorian.  when ronnie won his forst he was only like 255.  on a 6 foot frame, althoug big, isnt as big as his current 285-290 contest weight.
