HELL YEAH am doing the show ;D am ready 110% now ;) and as u know i signed a contract for this show and i gave my word on it and i will do my best to be in the top 6, i will be there in NY on 10th till 18th Sept..... PDI is a great thing to be with...

 TJ.... you are one of the BEST guys in there and Too close to the title.. Hang on mate and soon things will be ok....

Yes TJ, hang in there.  Let the meds work and don't be afraid to use the Rx pain pills now.  They will get better little by little.

Try putting flaxseed oil on your shingles. Works like a charm

I do have shingles and it hurts like a bitch!! I am very tired so I have been sleeping a lot. Today will be training and then reight back in bed. I am doing all i can to keep this together. But I do plan to be in the NOC unless this does not clear up by then! But this is no fun!!

1) Go see an MD and get some acyclovir and steroids (no, not AAS, prednisone) otherwise, get ready for herpes neuralgia....the MOST intense pain you will ever feel in your life.

2) Ask that physician to do a workup on you, a young "healthy" 30 something year old should not look like a cancer patient and develop immunosupressed disease states like herpes zoster.

3) Please wipe down the equipment after you use it.

I have a complete workup done every 6 months! All is fine with my blood work. I have alopecia that is why I have no hair. And I did go see an MD yesterday and I am on an anti viral drug right now! But hey thanks for your concern!!!

Well, that is fortuitous in a way. I guess you had a choice between bb and swimming. Good choice.
