The back double bi from 2003 was just absurd.

HOWEVER, the new standard was set 18 days out from the 2002 Olympia. Ronnie was 275lbs and at his grainiest condition ever. Better than his 2003 Olympia conditioning.

Not sure if there is a downloadable version,but use a program to capture it.
I use "Screen Recorder" (I think you can get it at www.download.com) you can just set a region on your monitor and it capture everything in it.

Can be really handy
