yeah, i got another bad cold and had taken 4 days off. Went in today and did 5 sets of squats (ass-touches-ankle) then one set of "power courtseys" with more weight than I could handle. then leg press, then BB lunges. A few sets for hamstrings, the glute machine, then an hour on the treadmill watching the Bengals then the Redskins, last years' 2005 season highlights. I picked up some donuts for the mama-to-be, and came home and had whey in crystal lite.
