Jesus, I am natural, but if I ever compete I am defenetely getting on some test.  Thanks Layne for making my decision easy. 

Also I think I read once that he trains 4 days a week, and hits each muscle group twicea week.

Bodybuilding is an illusion, guys. Some (not all) of the best bodybuilders around don't look as good in person as they do in contest photos.

he said he doesn't plan on doing a pro show for atleast a year or two i think.  he said he's going to improve his legs and come in bigger. 

he comes in at 198 contest time...which isn't too bad...i guess he's aiming for 210ish before he does a proshow
