Shawn was a great pro in his day. He's entitled to his opinions on this board just like everyone else. If he is forced to act like a prick because some no it all on this board thinks he/she knows more than a pro then so be it. Take it all with a grain of salt.

I met Shawn at the Nationals last year for the first time. I was a big fan when he was competing and honestly think he had one of the best physiques ever. Years ago when he hosted Flex Magazine Workout on ESPN I used to get up at 4:30 am to watch the show. Now, that seems a bit ridicilous but I was young and had been bitten by the bodybuilding bug. I told Shawn about that and we both kind of laughed about it. I don't know how he is with everyone else nor do I know him on a personal level but he was very nice and personable to me. I had heard the gossip and was kind of expecting the worst but he was nothing like I had read and heard. Therefore I'm still a big fan.

Like the man said. We don't know Him or He doesn't know us. The thing is with Shawn, being a public figure and endorsing supplements. The public will buy whatever Shawn says is good, providing they think He's up front and a nice guy. If not, see how fast a supplement company's good buy. Personally, I could care less what He does. He was a great bodybuilder and I admire him for the dedication He's put into his physic. That's it. If He wants to be an ass, let him. Yesterday He must of got laid, He was funny and cool. Today, who knows, like us all.

No, this isn't a gimmick account. It's an account of someone that doesn't post because if you do somone will bash or criticise you even if your input is positive. Think what you want about a young, passionate bodybuilder. Fact being, when I met Shawn he was nice to me and my daughter which I appreciated and that made me an even bigger fan. Opinions always vary.
