I'm not at the show, but I did speak to him a little bit ago. That's a loaded question

Sadly to say, King will NOT be any better than he was in NY. But for some reason, I hope dude makes the top 3. Not because he deserves it, but just to shut mofos up.

Sherri just realized after all these years that he's been training like a powerlifter (on a smith machine) & it has made his stomach grow.

I'm tired of this "training like a powerlifter gives you a distended stomach" BULLSHIT. Its all the slin and gh they're taking. It causes the organs to grow, increased fat lining the abdominl wall, and thicker skin.

On the '95 Olympia vhs Nasser talked about how he went from 240 to 270 in one year because he increased his protein. COME ON
