for a just as tasty, but less saturated fat choice, go with 1lb of extra lean ground beef and smash it out into a big, really thin circle. then sprinkle spicy montreal steak seasoning on it by mccormicks, tabasco sauce, garlic powder (1 tsp), and chopped dried onions. then mix it all back up and form one or two patties. grill it and top with avocado, lettuce, tomato, (pickle optional) and maybe some italian dressing on toasted whole wheat bun.
skip the cheese, this has plenty of flavor and ain't bad for you at all
