Yes, he wasn't looking very big in that first clip - a tad smooth as well. Probably cos he was a lot younger and had only recently won the Nationals.
The second clip tho - wow! Freaky as fuck!  :o

Levrone himself said his biceps were not up to par to his triceps (whose are when you're talking about Levrone's tris), but Levrone when he hits a biceps shot, the bis are not peaked, like Sergio Oliva's, both are full, from delt to elbow, but not peaked.
