 I know you're a movie buff, sarcasm...remember in 'A ClockWork Orange'...that contraption put onto his head too keep his eyes wide open so he couldnt blink as they dripped that solution in them...

 You need one of those on as you watch the movie...

 You probably didnt see him because you blinked...thats how COLOSSAL his scene in that movie is.

Well personally, I saw Bob's cameo multiple times and I never even rented the movie.

Practically every trailer / advertisement featured his cameo, and it isn't as insignificant as some would make it sound, since he's so massive he obscures everyone else in the periphery.
