he could do two things at this pointa)quit bodybuilding, as he's is obviously not able to compete with the IFBB pros of todayb)stay in bodybuilding, and try and "improve" himself while at the same time being rediculed by getbig and the rest of the bodybuilding comunity (except bob chic ofcourse )it doesn't matter how much of a hard worker king is...this is where genetics comes in, and shariar doesn't have the greatest...and his receptors are probably shot to hell...in the past 3 years he's aged 10 years and lost half his hair, his midsection is almost the same width as his shoulders while his legs keep getting smaller.if he was smart...he'd save his health, and quit competing and make money with bodybuilding through other ventures like his own business...of course this wont happen...so get ready to make fun of him agian at the montreal prothat is ofcourse if he doesn't kill himself before
