King needs to take 12 months off everything... hardcore training, drugs, the works... not allow himself to get too fat.

still train calves twice a week though.

I bet if he did this and then hit it he'd be able to come back in decent shape within 6 months of starting "training" again... his body is maxed out right now though and needs a big rest

Corset training actually could help with a huge gut.
But you have to take it seriously.  Hours, days, weeks, months before your body responds, organs shift to accomodate abdominal  restructuring.

Also, taking time off for a year or so of whatever he is doing could make a difference.

Question for Mr. Shawn Ray, Mr. Lee Preist or Mr. Bob Chic. Aside from Kamala(i) being a loud mouth nothing more than a national level bb. If that was any one of you where would you start in regards to improvements? and as a successful Pro such as yourselves, is it possible to get rid of the gut Kamala has???????

it's not just the gut... Palumboism also involves the shrinking of the extremities due to receptor burnout, so one starts to resemble a barrel with 4 twigs sticking out of it.

Corset training is very real and very effective.

You would have to go to a fetish website to find out about it.

Very interesting...As the waistline gets smaller, the internal organs shift to accommodate loss of space.
One would have to confer with an expert in this field to get all of the facts and proper use of corsets.
Does wonders for the posture.  One can not slouch while in a corset.  A real one can cost at least $100.00

Does getting to 300 lbs of fat in the offseason result in making the ab muscles just bigger from constant force feeding and ridiculous food intake?

I don't know the science behind this stuff and was asking a question.  It just seems so bizarre to me that someone would do this to themselves when you have many examples of the negative results right in front of you.

If I were him, I would retire immediately and open a supplement company in Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, etc and market to those people.  At least he could have some financial security for the future.  What future is there is in pursuing awards of a few thousand dollars and some sponsorships when the lifestyle is costing at least that amount????  It makes no sense to me.
