I always have my best workouts when I put on some daisy dukes to go with my untied high-top white Optimix shoes.

Its 100 pounds and form isn't optimal. I done concentration curls with the 60s even 65s many years ago.

To me they call then "concentration" curls for a reason. I let my arm just dead hang and it's about 3 seconds up and 4 down just lettin that bitch burn and an exaggerated flex at the top. I don't go over 30 lbs. even that is kind of heavy.
