Agreed. The bench press is probably 1/2 strength 1/2 technique. I learn that quick when I first left the machine press at 220lbs and struggled to break 185 for 3 sets od 10 at 185lbs. That chick is a beast. I can't see any faking if it is not real.

All kidding aside, who in their right mind would bench more than 400lbs let alone 50lbs without a spotter or 3. I can't imagine it was real, and IF it was, she isn't just strong, she is stupid at a similar level of excellence
