I just wanted to bump this to show new members how not to try to start a criticism thread.

What a douchey attempt.

There are thousands of delusional individuals on youtube, why pick one who appears to be handling things pretty well.

Notice how each rep is fluid in motion like a well-oiled machine.

He knows his center of gravity and fulcrum points well.  Again. Impressive.

unless that guy is very tall those dumbbells look like they are made up with 7.5lb plates and not 10lb plates

Could tell about the plates.  If that is 145, that's damn impressive for that many reps.  Couldn't tell how much the guy weighed.  I'm guessing 250 as his face didn't look too fat, but it's hard to tell.  If he weighs 300+ plus, that's not as impressive but still powerful.

He has quite a lot of videos on there.  I would doubt that they are small dumbells.

I personally doubt Milos could hit those for 10 with that form...

The one arm pulldowns are not impressive as with one hand it completely makes more of an advantage as the body will shift to compensate for the workload

I am certain that I have done 5 plates one-armed.

I don't have experience of that machine, I just paid attention to the number and the excellent form TBH.

One thick German dude no doubt though.

Yeah, that's just silly.  Even Ronnie is probably not far ahead of that level.
i can't believe people actually believe the db inclines video.

You've got to be right, but it's weird. Even if those plates were only 7.5's, the dumbells would still be 125 lbs. I can't imagine the dude would have the time and resources to put together a complete pair of fake 145's. Looks like a dinky home gym in the video to me.

But 145 x 28? Something is smelly
