Hi,
another german user on this board told me at
www.bbszene.de (german Bodybuilding Forum) that somebody is talking about the incline dumbell presses at youtube.com.
1. I know this guy for 43 years, "it`s me"
2. i`m 6 "3", my weight is around 275 lbs (+-)
3. I train for 25 years now
I never made the claim that these dumbells are 145 `s. The real weight is 52,5 kg. It`s an old dumbell stack made in germany in the early 70`s (1972). the weights are 3,5 kg X 7 + 0,5 kg X 1 on each side of the dumbell. The weight of the dumbell grip is around 2,5 kg.
the heaviest dumbells i ever pressed where 75 kg (165 lbs) for 7 reps + 1 forced rep.
I don`t compete right now, just train for myself,
6 years ago (with 37) i won a local power-endurance competition in my region, which was organized by 2 local gyms. The organizer claimed before that Bodybuilder/Weightlifter have no endurance and can`t rep out with very high reps. The weights for the exercises where equal for all (Squats, 80 kg, Deadlift 80 kg, Benchpress 60). I know he was wrong....My total where close to 300 reps on all 3 exercises. Of course i was the heaviest, or 2. heaviest on that contest (total 14).
Hope my english is good to understand, "tell me pussy or whatever.....it`s only an internet-Forum, so that won`t bother me a lot"
Keep on pumping....i hope to "rep-out" for another 25 years!!!

P.S. i don`t know if this is the real forum-area for this. Between Ronnie, Jay, ...and all the other great champs it`s honestly not my place......
