i believe his best overall showing was at last year's IronMan.  i like his physique MUCH more than someone like Darrem Charles.  Troy would be winning shows if he could dry up his hams and glutes.

it's not his hams/glutes, it's the fact that he's lost some size without getting more cut than his amateur days and his calves haven't improved at all.

size game sucks.  I'm beginning to think NPC shows are better foa  few reasons.  You get the laughs that come with some really terrible ppl showing up.  You get to see guys' real shape before they become pros and often blow up to the cookie cutter look that comes with gh and site injections... blurred lines, veins gone, and everyone jus tlooks the same.
