Frank Zane back around 1979 weighed about the same as Cornelia but had much more definition.  He won Mr. Olympia.

I think in a few years there will be many fbb's as big as Rennee.  It's all about knowledge and technology.  I guess the question is just how big can a bodybuilder get (male or female) before they are considered disabled because they can't bend their arms up to eat.  LOL
