I was listening to the replay of this weeks Pro Bodybuilding Weekly were Chick commented that it would "not be easy" this year for Ronnie given the "injuries" and that he is supposedly "way way behind on training"...

OK, we've all seen the pics of his left arm looking atrophied but more recent pics show that his arm now looks fine. But what's this shit with being way behind on training, recent pics i seen show Ronnie being as hardcore as ever with the training....

Chick, explain please?

maybe he's having a hard time with his conditioning..he's rumored to be trying to come in at 300lbs..maybe he's realizing that might not be a good idea and trying to correct it..I don't know, I'm just speculating. 300lbs is a huge BW, his mind might be telling him one thing and his gut another.

Getting up on 300lbs is a hard thing to live.. He was caught sleeping while signing autograph..

and some said he's an intelligent guy..

But if you hear the Jay Cutler Interview on Mayhem, he says that Ronnie gets heavy in the off season and just when everyone thinks he is not gonna make it Olympia day a week before he rapidly transforms. Don't count the Big Nasty out because he is absolutely going to make history this year. He didn't come this far to screw it up now.

Its audio. Via iTunes etc. you can suscribe to the podcast. You might also be able to dl it from muscle mayhem.

Yeah muscle Mayhem has one. It hasn't had any new shows in a while but there are some archived ones.

remember when Ron, Gunter and Jay did that photo shoot for flex a few years ago? Ron showed up in shape and jay was like there's no way he's not dieting and he came into that years O looking really good. If Ron looks bad now, I'd say he was behind..he's older and this off season has not been good to him, from what I hear

we know how ronnies training is way behind...o wait a minute his training led to him winning 8 mr olympias..get of the crack pipe bob..think before you speak and we know your training is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay behind..thats why you won one singlel contest in your 15 years as a bodybuilder jackass...even ronnies injured arm would make your arm look distorted..he is still big enogh for any of worthless assholes

He was 292 at the finals 3 years ago. 300 this year with the flatter midsection would be sick. He looks better bigger and he finally learned how to hold that gut in. No challenge round this year either so we don't have to sit through the "I call ab and thigh agains't Ronnie" skit at the end of the show.

If anything, I think Cicherillo shares too little of this information on the radio show.

He's got an insight into the pro BB scene, and info like how Ronnie is behind, is interesting.

If it is true.

Spreading false rumors and lies to make Mr Olympia seem like an open affair is more along the lines of what FLEX mag would do.

Until now, Cicherillo and Solomon has been credible. Hopefully, they'll stay that way, being an alternative to the FLEX crap we've been fed over the years.
