Do you believe the goverment has alien technology and is able to use it?

There was an incident on an American base camp in Britain, several american solidiers (including one high ranking individual) described the close encounter to the craft by saying it's exterior almost looked as if it was dripping liquid metal (I picture mercury).

If either events did occur, I find it hard the US goverment has been able to disect the technology and put it to work.

For one I almost certainly believe there is intelligent alien life out there. The universe is so mind boggolingly huge it seems to me as almost an impossibility for there not to be.

On the goverments of the world knowing about alien life... i'm 60% in belief they do.
