Alright so you do have an infection? I thought you said no pus came out when they cut into you? Did they aspirate and take a needle and see if there was any infection first before they made an incision?

If they did the normal cut then you looking at a very small drill hole and it will heal up very well, as long as you are packing it with the gauze using the saline water, and never put hydrogen peroxide or alcohol in the hole or even around the infection area until it comes to a healing point, ONLY saline water you will kill the tissue.

Did they take a culture? You have to watch out now alot of c-mrsa cases going around now.


This can happen from shaving and leaving apoint of entry for a infection, everything from working out to takign a dip in a public spa.

My wife is a nurse and a Staph infection is not caused by the drug but by Bactria getting on the needle or the site. Believe me that can happen even if you clean the area.

I don't Know why Shawn is so hard on Lee , Shawn was exactly like Lee in his attitude towards the sport when he was competing  , he was vocal about the miss givens he saw in the sport , he always felt he was singled out for his out spoken attitude , and he was honest and upfront in his approach , just like Lee , now Lee has a (what could have been serious) compromised health condition due to the nature of the sport , something that he is absolutely ruing and feeling like shit from, remember lee hates "Shots" at the best of times , there has been many a time when I have had to get on lees case cause he just wouldn't follow his programme because he hated the "Shots".
Lee was well on target to look amazing , and believe me he wanted to prove a point this September and now it is all gone haywire !! He is not happy especially feeling this way through a damm infection via a bad "shot" it has really pissed him off !!!

So Shawn show some compasion and remember Lees out spoken attitude on the sports miss givens is a carry on from the legacy you left !!

Now this surprises me from an avid roid user.  Sorry but you don't staph infection from what's inside.  It's from whats on the needle or skin.  You can clean your skin all day long but you have to clean the needle to.  I can't belive a professional drug user wouldn't know that.

Yeah exactly, anyone that shaves with a razor can get a staph infection by creating a point of entry.
People associate a bodybuilder or other athletes stpah infections with steroid use, but athletes that are in gyms, matted areas, contact sports and just taking a dip in a public spa can create problems and lead to c-mrsa, and other forms of lesion like staph wounds.

Never step foot in a public spa
Always shower after sport activities
And try not to shave,if you have to keep your razor fresh.
Wash hands frequently

Today they usually have to drain the site and start a heavy antibiotic cocktail.


You think it wont happen to you, but it's something you can't really prevent, it's so rampant now. 2 out of 1,000 cases of staph die, 90,000 deaths per annum accounted for HAI's.
