They moved all the useful ships away from the islands so the only thing destroyed was the old stuff. Two high ranking officials were blamed in the US. They got pissed and ratted that FDR knew and let it happen. Our govt learned though. Not one person was disciplined in any way for turning off our air defenses on 911. Can't have people getting pissed off and spilling that can O' beans. |

I don't think so on Jap cooperation, but I think we let the attack happen. We wanted them to make the first aggressive action against us. That much is fact. If we had successfully defended Pearl, the anti-foreign entanglements majority would still have a strong voice that would have said, our defences worked... No war. Now I'm not asking you to believe everything on that list... But you have to believe a lot of that list. Aside from a few debatable events on there most of them infact happened. Examples of Governments faking attacks against their own to enrage and engage the population... To UNITE them in war.  |
