Take it from Serge Nubret and me.  Training traps is the LAST thing you should want to do.  It will make you appear more narrow.

You just can't admit that you have genetic limitations like everyone else. Anyone who can deadlift 600 but still have such tiny traps and forearms is obviously not very gifted from a bodybuilding standpoint. Your pecs are thin as hell, too.
