That pic is obviously altered. Wev'e all seen countless pics of Arvilla and his arms ain't that big,period. I doubt he miraculously put 2 inches on them at 42 years old. He must have seen my  arms and did it in a fit of jealous rage,really can't blame him.

as far as legs go........hit the squats, but dont put so much weight on the bar.  Keep the reps in the 20 rep range.  I say scratch the heavy sets where you only do 6-8 reps. 
If you are already doing this...then do the opposite!!!

Give the guy some credit/respect, he has a great physique now...
