I see you took a little of my advice about getting back into the gym no more than a few days after a show...looks like you did because you look bigger, more full...and only within 12-15lbs of contest shape.

Know whats going to happen...when you diet back down for a show its going to be way easier...and you will look even better for your next outing.

Main thing is...you didnt pig out and engorge post contest...looks like you stayed a little disciplined and kept your eye on the prize.
