They are pretty damn close Vince.  Legs are hard enough for him, but his calves give him lots of trouble.

NO, I am cool. I have a strong bench compared to my other lifts. I rarely train heavy. Every few months I like to go heavy to make sure I am not overtraining/dieting and my strength is still improving.
