Mike did do a great transformation. He looked like a completely different person. He did what most people do on here as far as posting their own pictures. Getting rid of all that bodyfat should help Mike start making incredible gains too.

I think he look had some damn good conditioning. But you don't see Groink spamming the boards every day and he is big mofo. I just get sick of seeing thousands of pics of the dude.
