Today was my day off...

So I went to the gym and won three games of oak.

mine too and it's open from 8am till 2pm on Thankgiving and Christmas as well.

I think you forgot that I'm a U.S. distributor for the Total Trainer Machines and I have one of these puppies sitting in my home. Didn't even have to pay one red cent for it either....

I can work the whole body, load it up with extra weight for heavy squats and then I can convert it to a Pilates Machine in seconds. I use the machine as part of my split weight lifting routine right now to prepare for my shows. I use it in the morning and train at the gym at night. When I'm not competing, I usually fold it up and use it whenever I'm not able to get to the gym simply because I pay 60 bucks a month for my membership.

I also have the standard 110 pound barbell set and use it as well for some old fashioned weight training. Every bodybuilder should have at least one of these at home. Doesn't cost much and many legendary bodybuilders used this as their sole training equipment

Actually, when I got there, I found out that the Labor Day hours had the particular Bally closing at 8 p.m. I got there at 5:30 p.m., giving me plenty of time to train.

Hey TOBEY...I'm not the leader of The Squad. I do admit...I am a close' independent political associate' of The Squad but nothing more...I got my own set forming and I am in the process of unleashing it.

My set won't be in feud with The Squad...it aint even that kind of party.
