they usually get worked enough when your doing back.i know frank mcgrath used to train his when he was younger though and hes got some of the best atm,i dont know if he still trains them now but he used to

Forearms on a whole have been neglected and underjudge. It seems glutes get more attention than forearms.. It would be great to see Jay with huge forearms. I think this Frank McGrath guy will raise the bar in forearm training. Its been a long time coming.

Well he said "to my knowledge", and it depends on how you define that.  It could mean he heard of other injection products being used currently but has no real useful knowledge about the product like the scientiific name of the product, or how to use it or where to get it so therefore he doesn't really have any true knowledge, so therefore he really doesn't know..  Or it could mean to his knowledge now as a Bodybuilding Rep and not as a street bodybuilder anymore. So he may have had the knowledge at one time, but its been so long that it is perfectly safe to say he no longer has any real knowledge about these products so therefore he doesn't know.  So he may just be telling the truth this time.
