His form was awesome when he was doing the 85's, it suffered a bit when he was using the 100's. I must admit though, his form was far better than I thought it would be.

Alexxx, what I find interesting is that you talk about your "strength".  Why don't you post a video confirming all of your talk.  Is that too complicated?  I am guessing that you won't....but will keep talking
Here comes the money shot

I don't consider that good form at all.    Using momentum the entire time.   Far better to do it slower with less weight.  Although a heavy cheat set of two is good to include.

Yeah, how much less would they use with perfect form...
But it's probably what works for them.

Some momentum is inevitable when doing these especially when you try to keep your arms as straight as possible.

you mean to say that a lanky kid like Alexxx can't have the same strength levels as one of the strongest PROS? What nonesense. I am sure that Alexxx and Daddywaddy have plenty of video footage proving their superior and god-like strength, they just choose not to share it with us because they are so humble.

It's pretty funny when some skinny punk scolds a big guy for not using textbook form. Just look at the kind of form Ronnie uses on his lifts. There is simply no reason for a bodybuilder to use perfect form. Their goal is to stimulate the muscle, not to perform a lift correctly.

Using better form = more stimulation.  The muscle has to work more, seems fairly logical to me.

Secondly, Ronnie is on growth hormone, how much stimulation does he need?   ::)

Bob is turning into a balding, bloated mess. He looks absolutely terrible in those training shots. Like a blow up pool toy with a head.

Some of these fuckers have no idea how stupid they really look.

Johnny probably had to make a special "in-house guest posing appearence" while Bob was doing rear delts.  I figure 15 minutes worth for some enormously rich Cali homosexual guy is worth around $300-400....

if you are keeping your arms straight then you are doing it wrong...using to much of your forearms to hold the weight
