today I ran a mile to a playground, spent 30 min on pullups then 20 minutes on chinups then ran back home.

I don't know what I weigh, don't know what my BF% is.  I gave up a structured diet and my only changes now are more brown rice, no sugar, and more protein than ever.  Stamina and aggression thru roof.

I might just visit www.MrProtein.com and send the owner some props for hooking up the winners with cold hard cash!

I dunno. Mindspin said he's gonna run me over with his Escalade if I don't total them up soon.  I listed them individually with each sponsor.  Just haven't had a chance (I'd be happy to owe you a favor or pimp out my sister if anyone knows how to use a calculator for me )

Planned - more sponsors should be coming later.  Some wanted their prizes to have more impact really close to the event, as opposed to the dozens of plugs I've given the companies here.  It's their option, and some are taking it.  The weekend of the 23rd - two IFBB shows, the Vince Goodrum show, and the Mr GetBig pics being released - that should be a good time.

1.Claiming natural and using can never be disproved by any expert you provide.

2.You dont need to photoshop yourself 5" on each arm,you can do it with so much style and attention to detail that NO ONE will notice.

3.Posting pictures of someone else,PLENTY of pictures from other bodybuilding boards.

Besides,if someone will be disqualifyed it will be a snowball.Accusasions of favorisem and slander over other people usage/photoshoping.
