im not sure about it since they brought it back, but before the ban it was awesome.  the best preworkout drink bar none.

The new stuff tastes like a$$.  Not that the old stuff tasted much better.  According to the label, it has..among other things...300 mg caffeine, but I got a can, and honestly....it didn't do much for me.

The good old days are over...I wouldn't buy it again

really?  what a dissapointment.  like i said, preban it was incredible.  supercharge works pretty well for me, but only if you ate like 1-2 hours before your workout and you drink it pretty much as you are driving to the gym.  good energy, good pumps.
