I think something King has a tough time accepting is that he is a genetic inferior when it comes to bodybuilding.

He tried some methods that work for genetic superiors (ie. ronnie - chad's main pupil) and it backfired horribly (ie. his structure couldn't handle the weight).

The whole point of the sport is to find what works for you and to learn from the past...

Tonie Freeman came straight out and said that he, as a very tall guy, can't train like Dorian Yates because he just gets hurt trying to do that. Dexter grows from training only 3 days per week etc etc...

King has basically wasted the last 5 years doing stupid things to himself when he should have been honest with himself and progressed using an approach suited to his bodytype...

the problem with the guy is he surrounded himself with people who thought he was the greatest....ONe thing you should never believe is you are the best or the worst in a subject "sport"...But somewhere in the middle.....Then you can grow from it....Kamali truly believes that he is at the top...

honest self assessment in life is an important thing though...

people accept you if you are honest about yourself even if you are a complete asshole... has worked for me so far!
