Paul was still way off from his old days.

Actually....I hate to sound mean....but he looked the best when he would come into competition about ready to drop dead.

If only he could learn how to pose & form a routine from lying on the ground all cramped up....he would be Mr Olympia.

honestly is he slightly retarded???

after competing for a decade you would think that he could hit a couple manditory poses. i looked at all the pics...and he can't even do one properly. he's either one really big dumbass retard, or just so lazy and still dumb for not wanting to learn

I thought the same thing, its' like he doesn't even bother to hit the second half of any pose.

But, he was very well spoken on BB weekly. weird.

He still looked huge and quasi ripped.....give him one more year of solid training (if he sticks with it).

The first thing to go is legs and back....and his legs are not too bad. He basically should work only back for 1 year just to bring it up to the rest of his body.

His arms, shoulders and calves are still up there with the best (better maybe than coleman).

he doesn't have many years left, he can't dedicate 1 yr to just training back

seriously just posing better could move him up a spot or two, he just looks horrible when he poses, either way think about it......... he is more of a overall dissapointment then anyone ever in BBing, he should have put his all in and won a few O's but he's a lazy ass genetic freak bum $:-\$

That's a great relaxed pic of Dillet. He was lacking in alot of bodyparts compared to the top guys that night, but he wasn't far off. First show back, not bad.
