if he is 163 in those pics then there's no way he's put on 40 pounds since then, maybe 20 which is still an insane amount of muscle to gain.

Drugs work wonders................. IGF-1...........+ EVERYTHING else. 10 pounds a years is easy, especially if he was some-what clean to begin with. It's crazy..........but achievable....obviously.

Dave hit the 240 range this offseason (his highest ever)-at 5'5" 1/2 and very soon will weigh 50lbs over his amateur weight of 163 onstage.

IGF-...never....Hardest Core if you only knew the minuscule (<-key word there) truth, you would quit the sport in absolute disgust.
