 I have this video...It's basically a how to work out video.. He gives little tips,every now and then. Pretty good ..if you'rea fan!

Seriously, does GH really make that big a difference to muscle mass. Seems like all the extra mass is in their abdomen. Lets say a bodybuilder gains an extra 20lbs after they introduce GH into the list of drugs. At least 10lbs is in the guts, whats the point.

very few people care about who came in second or third..that extra 10lbs may seperate 1st from 2nd...ofcourse we are now in the "abuse" period :( ...see King

  I believe Victor started his diet for the Olympia about 10 to 15 pounds lighter then in the past. So he should be looking pretty sick come contest day. This DVD was shot last spring.............

I have thought this as well.  I remember Jay saying he was like 240 or so when he turned pro (quite a while ago).  Without Gh, he probably would have gotten to about the same size as now, but with no gut...
