Whether you want to wait until you're clean is your own personal prefference. I don't know why it would affect you if you were clean or not.

I personally would tell the doc about your drug habbit (lol). But I know from experience that you aren't going to do much bleeding from the nut sack operation. At least I didn't.

My personal experience Udeluz, is that I had the pocedure done on a friday, walked in the doctors office, was there for about 45 minutes, but the actual knife slicing and dicing only took about 15 minutes, and then I walked out. Went to the mall with my wife and Blockbuster Video. Then went home and just hung out the next day. But I was fine by Sunday, just alittle tender in the crotch.
I didn't need a ice pack or anything, in fact I don't even remember if I even took any aspirin. I wasn't in any pain and was back at work on Monday and trying to get sideways with my wife THAT night.
I didn't do much bleeding at all. But I also wasn't on any gear at the time of surgery. (not sure if that had anything to do with it).
I hope you're not freakin out about having it done, because there is nothing to it. I mean NOTHING!!! I still laugh at myself about how stressed out I was about having my ball bag cut open. It was over so fast that I did't think he had even done anything down there.

Well yo be honest, its the pin in the sack that bothers me.

I have stuck my ass, delts, quads, pecs, NO PROBLEM... I LOVE IT and cant wait for my pin day..

But getting one in the sac DOES freak me out
