I would say the opposite is true. His arms are so strong that his lats would give out before his biceps. Therefore he wouldn't need to pre exhaust his lats with pull overs before he did his lat pulldowns. His chest wouldn't need to be pre exhausted with pec dec or flyes because his shoulders and triceps are so strong.

Its the exact reason why he is doing what he is doing. He is apromoter now, does a charity, comes on here everyday. It is to keep his name out there.
