you can find my pic on this board somewhere.  I agree Mason takes this one easily, but neither of these guys are "big".
Incidentally, where's your picture.

I'm certainly not big in the sense of a professional bodybuilder of today.  I am clean.  I am big compared to the average guy and good sized compared to the bodybuilders of the pre-steroid era.  I am also quite strong relative to even those who use drugs.

That's about it.  Oh, and my calves suck rather horribly.

Chris Mason seems like a good dude but the little bitch lies about every lift and he's a furry bottom bear.

are yous saying that if Chris was working out late at night and you happened to come into the gym that before you could even say "hi" he'd blurt out how it's his light workout night and he's training for deep cuts?

do you really mean to tell me Chris is the type of guy who screams for help when he can't finish his bench press then gives you a laundry lists of excuses about why it happened?

Fair assessment.  Your strength is high.  Question: why blur all that muscle definition with so much body hair?

a) I'm married and not trying to get dates.
b) As I am not competing and I don't like shaving my body I don't bother.

That's about it.

Sarcasm, I'm surprised at you!   You usually seem to give props where they are due, so why are you picking on Chris?  You know he can do what he claims and that he actually is a big guy.

You're missing the point. Sarcasm can't accept that there are naturals stronger than him at the same bodyweight. His ego is too big for that.

all of them, Faggeracci.

I am not going to list every lift I can perform.  That is silly.

I don't flat bench due to a shoulder issue.  As of late I have been using the Hammer Strength machine followed by incline dumbell press.  I have been using 3 plates and a 25 per side on the Hammer flat bench for 2 sets of 3.  I then follow that with 130 lbs dumbbells for 2-3 reps on the incline press.

In a recent workout I STDL'ed 585 lbs x 2 reps.

I can alternate dumbbell curl the 85s for 2 sets of 3 reps with decent form.

Let's see, I use machines at the gym.  I can just about stack the Med-Ex hamstring machine at my gym.  I can stack most all of the machines depending on when I do them in my workout.

My squat varies with stance and style.  I can squat a raw 405 lbs ass-to-the-floor with a pause at the bottom (makes it MUCH more difficult).  I have right about 600 lbs with knee wraps and a belt to parallel with a wide stance.

I can do a standing one arm dumbbell press with 120 lbs dumbbell for 2-3 reps.

What else would you like to know?

He doesn't have time to tell the truth about what he lifts!  The man works 947 hours a week, for Christ's sake!

Interesting you should say that.  I HAVE done it at a gym in Phoenix.  The one at my particular gym is heavier for some reason.  Perhaps it is not as well lubed.

Prior to my shoulder issue I flat benched 405 lbs raw for a double.  The same injury still bugs me when I do any kind of benching including the Hammer machine but it is not nearly as bad as the actual free weight press.

Yeah the dude is gonna get his ass handed to him tomorrow. Even in the gym training I would destroy him!
