Oh, and let me say this, Alexxx, while still being an idiot, looks pretty decent with respect to being lean and having good abs. His legs look good and his arms ok. His overall upper body mass is lacking sorely but he has a decent physique.

He's 6'4. There is no reason to believe that he's under 200 pounds. The worst thing is that he'd probably smoke your ass on stage.

To be clear, I haven't done those style rows in over a year. I just got a bug up my ass about doing them today because I thought it was a movement people could relate to with Ronnie's video being so popular.

No, I am not worried about my back. I can deadlift well over 600 lbs without a belt. My back will hold. Lol!

Alexxx won't stand a chance against me. I may not have the great abs but size rules, dude. I'm a lot bigger and thicker than he is and my posing is much better than his. Once Alexxx fills out a bit, he should be fine.

Goatboy, the ab shot in that picture was causing by failing to blow out the air and not elongating the abs prior to hitting the pose. I'vd taken care of this issue by putting my arms further back and simply turning one of my legs to the side rather than sticking it out

I doubt it as he trains at a gym in Texas. They are most likely 45 lbs plates.

Those pictures were me in the off-season. I took the pictures to show I was not some 300 blob. It wasn't like I was going onstage the next day or otherwise I would have shaved

Sometimes I wonder about you folks......
