Those pictures were me in the off-season.  I took the pictures to show I was not some 300 blob.  It wasn't like I was going onstage the next day or otherwise I would have shaved

Sometimes I wonder about you folks...... ::)

why do you talk about shaving, I'm talking about your thickness!

Alexxx's arms looks a whole inch bigger than your off-season ones

I doubt it as he trains at a gym in Texas.  They are most likely 45 lbs plates.

Chris

You're right, I just watched the clip.

Good lift by the way.

Alexx would smoke you onstage. So far you've not posted any picture proving otherwise.

Arms are more than 15".

Let's see what you can do.

Ronnie does what 10 or 11 plates?  I could have done 9 I do believe so that is pretty good, no?

 ::)

Using your form and low reps Ronnie could do 15 or 16 plates

Yea there is, ask your mother..... ;D

In any case, show's in two weeks and everyone will have all the pictures they want of me.  Then they'll have even more when I do the Carolina Clash, then they'll be more pictures at the Elite Classic.

Lol, come on!

a) Ronnie SMOKES me in strength.  Not even close.

b) My form is as good or better than he uses on his top sets in his video.  Make a comparison if you like and consider yourself OWNED.

I would never use your shitty form, why would I want to load up a bar and do 3 reps :-\ 8-12 continuous reps, none of this bullshit fullbody momentum and 5 seconds inbetween reps. What's even more sad is that this loser Alexxx actually has you trapped in his mindgame and you fall for it. It's obvious by your language you have completely lost any semblence of professionalism I had ever associated with you.

He doesn't have time for professionalism, dammit, not when he's running 23 businesses single-handedly!

I haven't addressed you in this ridiculous challenge, alexxx.

For good reasons.

You and Mason are not even comparable. You will look great - in seven or eight years, if you keep at it.

But right now? Right now you're...building the foundation, as FLEX would've put it. Or, looking like someone with a mountain to climb, to put it in a no bullshit terminology.

Mason has posted pics before, and your attempts at a lat spread looks... Ethiopian? in comparison to his back development.

Keep embarrassing yourself.

There is not one single person who thinks you have a physique that is on par with Mason.

He's got an impressive physique, nothing really extraordinary(except his crazy lats), but that seems to be enough to make you look like a member of the Ethiopian Swimming Team.

Here's a rear lat spread from fatter me (about 2 years ago I think).  You can clearly see I have significantly more muscle than you.
