I probably eat between 150-200g a day, at 6'1" and 245. And it's all real food... milk, eggs, fruit, oatmeal, nothing overly expensive... I don't waste my money on bullshit supps.
P.S. I've never juiced in my life... but at my age (41) sometimes I think about going to a doctor and getting a script for low-dose HRT, which I undoubtedly could, no problem... but at this point that's all it is, just flirting with the idea.
