Ronnie is AWESOME!  It is not about size.  Yes, of course Ronnie is very big BUT his greatest BB attribute is his INCREDIBLE muscularity (detail and more detail).  That is what makes him the greatest BB ever.  jay got bad advice a couple years ago and started getting bigger, when in reality what he needed to do to stand next to Ronnie is get so detailed that you see fibers running through every bit of muscle exposed.  I like to see Ronnie like this because the more detailed he is the greater he will distance himself from the guys behind him.

From a good source as of 2 days ago Ronnie weighed 300.

He was 303 on Friday...looking really incredible.
He is definitely in great shape and very confident that he will exceed his previous best.
Arms especially looked spectacular...(almost as big as mine ...OK - one of his as both of mine...).


Look for Ronnie to make the statement this year.

Also - he is going to ALL THREE European Grand Prix shows - giving a chance to Jay and others to possibly beat him...
Dennis is getting ready for the Austrian Grand Prix knowing that he will get a chance to be compared with Ronnie and Jay...

I hope it isn't the same 300lbs like in 2004 Olympia.  He didn't look horrible but that was Ronnie's worst look at the Olympia.  Looked too full and Jay tried to do the same and looked really smooth.
