Donovan's been average until TO came along.

Year Passing Rushing
Year Team G GS Att Cmp CmpPct Yd YAtt Lg TD Int Rate Att Yd Avg TD

2005 PHI   9  9  357 211 59.1  2507  7.0  91  16  9  85.0   25   55  2.2  1
2004 PHI 15 15  469 300 64.0  3875  8.3  80  31  8  104.7 41  220  5.4  3       Year with TO
2003 PHI 16 16  478 275 57.5  3216  6.7  59  16 11  79.6  71  355  5.0  3
2002 PHI 10 10  361 211 58.4  2289  6.3  59  17   6  86.0  63  460  7.3  6
2001 PHI 16 16 493 285 57.8   3233  6.6  64  25 12  84.3  82  482  5.9  2
2000 PHI 16 16 569 330 58.0   3365  5.9  70  21 13  77.8  86  629  7.3  6
1999 PHI 12 6   216 106 49.1    948  4.4   63   8   7  60.1 47   313  6.7  0

so in the year of 2001 the difference was 6 touchdowns and about 600 yards? TO never did anything for the Eagles, did not help us to 3 prior championships or the 4th when he was out injured. He did not help win a super bowl and he was nothing but a head case---see whats going on in Dallas right now. The eagles are better without his bullshit.

I'm a Donavan McNabb fan but screw the Eagles.

They aren't even as good as the Bills who went to 4 super bowls and lost.  The Eagles lost what?  3-4 NFC championship games in a row? Talk about pre-choking!  Then they fianlly get there and lay an egg?

Yes Donavan McNabb is a good quarterback.  But the Eagles francise is very "light" in the track record area.

Are you kidding me??? I bet if we compared SF record from the 70's-2006 to the eagles we have a better record (minus the superbowl wins  ;D) When Alex Smith limp wrists you guys to even one playoff game then you can talk until then go back to your steve young and joe montana tapes and leave football to those that have been to the superbowl in the last ten years.

Are you sure the Eagles would have a better from 1970 to now?  I don't think so.

I think it would be something like

Wins 1970 to 2005 Eagles = 284

Wins 1970 to 2005 49ers = 323

323 > 284

323 - 284 = 39

39 divided 16 = 2.4

f**k off... ;D

Yeah, Garcia didn't do well in the Gay-less catagory.  And the 2006 Eagles are a far and away better team then the 49ers right now.  We just finally had a game where we didn;t lose awfully....lol.  The Eagles will have a rough road this year in their Division....so good luck  :)

But i like McNabb and Andy Reid.  I think they are a class act.  T.O. was a great benefit to the team when he had a good attitude.  But a bad attitude from T.O. is a burden to any team.

Thanks man, But come week three I am going to shit talk all week to you and OSF just giving you heads up..but if we lose I will be like a ghost..:)

The eastern Division is really rough, the team that can get out with the least injurys will most likely pull it. I just hope its not the Redskins I hate them with the fire of the sun. The main problem I have with TO is he gets all the credit for a team winning but none of the blame for his actions.I hope he blows up in Dallas because from watching them in preseason they looked better then most of the teams in the NFC.

AS, me and my boy OzmO (he really is my good friend for about 20 years) are going to rooting for the Niners till we're dead or they move from SF.
Come week 3 I have nothing to lose because the Niners aren't expected to win, but if they do
YOU'll BE HEARING IT FROM ME FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR! ;D

Let's see what they do with the Giants 1st. Again if they beaten up or win a close one, I like our chances. ;D

Niners are another good draft away from returning to competition level.

Next year, we'll get us some defense.

WATCH OUT!

EDIT: As far as predictions go, I predict that Earl will be sniffing at least 3 bbers' trunks tonight........

Ooooooooooh another Steelers loss. Predicted again last week. No Bettis, no short ground game. Again Ravens are my pick to win the division.

it is still very early in the season but yeah i'm pretty diappointed

the ground game is fine, parker had 130 yards with two td's

I'll never know how verron haynes keeps making the team he has been here for 5 years and always fumbles

I think ben is feeling the effects of his bad offseason still, hines hammy still hurts, nate washington can't catch, colglough has no business returning punts

defense still looks great but the offense has to stop putting them in bad positions

suprising game but they will shake it off, plus the bengals are a much better team then they have been in years so losing to a good team is always better then losing to some bunch of scrubs..or the giants with a 17 point lead.

But his 2 TD's are from yesterday only, and their total of 6 TD's are mostly attributed to Charlie Batch throwing 3 TD's the 1st game. The O is still not 100%, but I'm still remembering that the Steelers snuck into the Playoffs last year. And though dominant on defense, the offense still needs to grind it out. Without a Bettis type runner for the short yardage and wear down the D-line running, I don't feel the Steelers will win their division. Not hatin' just calling it as I see it.

he had more than 100 yards against miami too, no running back gets a 100 yards every game

bettis wasn't as good as eevrybody thought, he had like 350 yards rushing last year I think

duce was supposed to be the guy but he's a bum, they keep trying haynes for whatever reason, I guess they like to see fumbles ??? they signed najeh davenport who is pretty good when healthy but for some reason he hasn't played yet

it's all up to big ben, we go when he goes
