Well, it's been a full 2 days for Sami. He left home yesterday and after 17 hours of traveling, along with an 8 hr time difference, he arrived at JFK this afternoon. Too bad one of his bags didn't!! I picked him up and it's been a full day of getting him settled. But even after a full day of travel, Sami's looking ready for the show this coming weekend!! We picked up the first of his many meals from Carlo Filippone (www.eastcoastmusclechef. com) who's doing his meals for the show which Sami really appreciates. After eating, he went over to Bob Bonham's gym for some light back training. Then off to NYC to get settled in his hotel and eat his next meal. He'll be eating and training now in preparation for the show. (And for Lee, he's ready to buy him those doughnuts!!)

Looking forward to seeing the pics and the show this coming weekend. As a spectator, once one attends the Night of Champions show, a PDI event, does that mean I will be banned by the IFBB from attending any future IFBB sponsored events?

lol true dude, never thought of that, I was gonna stroll up there and take a look but if Im gonna be banned from IFBB events Im not sure now. Please someone clear this up for us.

I don't think so, in fact, I plan on going to the Atlantic City pro, the week after I compete in NOC.

didn't someone say you'll be kicked out if you do the NOC and go to an IFBB event?

No one is going to ban anyone. you will not have a problem at the ac show. go to and enjoy both. do you think the promoters don't want to sell tickets ? its the ifbbb not the CIA with matching face prints video.

By the way Sami's luggage is lost .He is in the same cloths as when he left his country a few days ago and that 2 workouts included.so you guys have to wait another day for his pics. His friend Ernie tells me that his waist is 28 inch's and looks incredidable.
Lee may be training at my gym on thursday and he is not in great shape after his injury ,we may have a battle. I'll report in about that.

Yep Sami,s realy humble, he cant post with out putting up 20-30 photos of hymself, and he won the World Naturals while jucied to the gills and was proud to tell all on here about it !!!

Still I wish him luck and he does look DAMMM GOOD (now hes not natural that is

Sami as a incredible physique but he will never get my full respect cause he competed in that drug tested show.

his guru Alimini said that everybody as to cheat to enter the pro ranks and gave the World Championship for example

the difference is: He did the musclemania show and even the musclemania pros are supposed to be drug free
